Takes psychological ownership for anything committed to, and whether large or small feel emotionally bound to follow it through to completion.
Successfully implemented multiple Learning Management Systems, grown teams from one to thirty and mentored individual contributors to vice president roles.

Feels as every day starts at zero. By the end of the day must achieve something tangible in order to feel good.​
Tracking and reporting activities enable a feeling of achievement. In all the organizations I've been with I've implemented methods to hold employees accountable for the expectations set. This could be as simple as a daily quiz during onboarding, or as complex as the implementation of a Client Relationship Management system.

Thrive on learning and the process of learning. Energized by the steady and deliberate journey from unaware to competence.
Creating new onboarding programs for EY, Calabrio, and SAP (Concur)​​ was challenging, yet exciting. Working cross functionally to deliver information that keeps employees aligned and motivated is my passion.

Like to understand goals, fears and dreams. Believe a relationship only has value if it's genuine.
Establishing trusted relationships is a big part of understanding true objectives and creating successful programs. Leveraging this skill helps me understand each company uniquely and relate to each culture on a personal level.
